Godello sobre lías - VALTUILLE DE ABAJO

Versos de
Valtuille

The Godello must ferments with indigenous yeasts in a 7,500-liter French oak foudre, where the temperature is precisely controlled. Afterwards, the wine remains in the same foudre for about ten months, refining until it offers a pure Godello, balanced and faithful to the essence of Valtuille.

El Paraje

On the slopes of Valtuille de Abajo, at an altitude of 500 meters, El Pal wakes up every day facing east, where the soft light of dawn caresses its Godello vines. More than 75 years old, planted in goblet and trellis on clay and sandy soils, these vines keep the memory of generations and the character of the deep Bierzo.

El Pal is a vineyard that speaks with its own voice: elegant, serene and full of identity.
